The Morning After!

Nothing like a 4.30am wake up call. Rachana decided it was time to get out of her crib and our day began with warm milk, that she likes to eat with a spoon! She was sleepy for a litttle while watching cartoons, playing with some toys and having some snacks.

We decided it was bath time, but she was not so sure about the water in the tub. So we waited a while just in case we had a tantrum on our hands. When we tried again an hour or so later - another surprise - she loved it! We got some great smiles and giggles as she played with the bath toys. All squeaky clean she was ready for a new outfit. Jersey Girl already?

We ventured down to breakfast and at first it was all a bit too much with the noise and the people. We found a table outside though and she was much happier. She has a good appetite and really tucked in to fruit, scrambled eggs, and bread dipped in warm milk.

After breakfast we went for a nice long walk around the hotel grounds. Luckily the weather is beautiful again.

By the time we got back up to the room she was exhausted and we all took a nap! We were going to try the pool this afternoon but there is a huge convention with hundreds of people out there. Decided to save that for tomorrow's adventure!
